1 PM- Plant Medicine for Mental and Emotional Health with Kristina Ayars
Saturday June 21, 1 pm
Join us for a heart-centered workshop, Plant Medicine for Emotional Health, where we’ll explore how herbal medicine can support mental and emotional well-being. In this engaging, hands-on class, you’ll learn about the nervous system and five key groups of herbs that promote calm, resilience, and joy.
We’ll take time to connect with one plant from each group, discovering their traditional uses, medicinal properties, and practical applications for daily life. While sipping tea, we’ll discuss techniques like teas, tinctures, and infusions that can be easily integrated into your wellness routine.
Together, we’ll craft a delicious and uplifting Rose oxymel—a sweet, tangy blend of rose petals, honey, and vinegar—known for its heart-opening and mood-lifting qualities. This remedy is perfect for supporting emotional balance and self-care.
Participants will leave with a jar of their handmade oxymel, along with a detailed guide to the herbs discussed and practical tips for incorporating plant medicine into daily life.
